Annual theme plan:
For the next 12 months you tell us your highlights (eg events, sales, special offers, holidays, ...), key messages and marketing goals. Based on this information and our decades of experience, we create an annual thematic plan (editorial plan) with a precise list of dates, media mix, topics and content.
The annual themed plan will be adjusted individually for you after 12 or 24 months for the following 12 months.
- Reactions to postings, reviews, inquiries and the like are not part of our offer. We recommend doing this yourself in-house, because you are always “on the ball” as to the sensitivities of your customers.
- On average, around 75% of all postings are provided with images - the remaining 25% are product offers, event information, sharings or pure text postings.
- With 4 posts we need an average of 3 pictures. These are either taken from our pool of images or, in the case of the “Gold”, “Platinum” and “Diamond” packages, collected individually on site at a maximum of 2 times a year.
- The number of postings per month is based on a calculation period of 12 months. In quieter times of the year (e.g. company holidays, off-season, ...) there may be fewer postings. In busier times (e.g. before Christmas, at the beginning of the holiday, before a sale, ...) it can be more postings per month.
- The contract period is 36 months from the conclusion of the contract. Preparatory work and the creation of the annual themed plan are included in the contract period. The postings will only be posted after the client has given written approval for the annual theme plan. Delayed approvals shorten the posting period and reduce the number of postings.
Travel costs and expenses as well as third-party costs that have not been factored in (e.g. translations, speakers, models, make-up artists, ...) are offered if required and charged according to actual expenditure.
